Our Process
Vacuum-frying technology processes fresh mushrooms under low temperature, low oil, and negative pressure, which is followed by a de-oiling process to extract as much oil as possible out of the finished product. This is why our final product does not have a rancid taste or smell like other similar products on the market. Not only does VF preserve the fresh mushroom’s flavor, nutrition, appearance, texture, and taste at best, but it also can revert fried mushroom chips to fresh mushrooms via rehydration.
